Multimedia Work
In addition to writing articles, here is some of my other multimedia work from creating social media posts and data visualizations to speaking on live broadcast shows and podcasts.
Social Media Post
Fast Company
At Fast Company as an Editorial Intern, I got to do some work with social media. I would schedule daily Instagram posts using later.com, piecing together images/videos from the design team and the captions I would write for each post.

I scheduled this post and wrote the caption for it. It promotes an article from Fast Company's Design section about how a French footwear company wants to repair your shoes.

The post received an engagement rate of 0.91% which was the highest engagement rate on a single post that month.
Data Visualization
MND 442: Using Data to Tell Stories
For my digital journalism track, I took a course titled "Using Data to Tell Stories." In this course, I looked at the number of housing litigation cases in New York City over the years using state databases and created this data visualization using Datawrapper for my final project.
I found that Brooklyn had the highest number of housing litigation cases in the past two decades. I spoke to a Brooklyn resident of 10 years, who said gentrification in the neighborhood and more monetary resources could be a reason why the number of cases filed are higher.

Pregame Broadcast
Y-D Red Sox
In my time as a Content Writer for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, I hosted a live pregame broadcast show. I interviewed my fellow content writer Tyler Millen about where the Y-D Red Sox stood at the time and what to expect in the upcoming game. Listen to the full pregame broadcast here.
Podcasting
Fast Company
During my internship at Fast Company, I prepared and spoke on an episode of the Most Innovative Companies podcast. For prep, I put in my ideas on a shared document with the team and I spoke about upcoming summer trends on the podcast. Listen to the full podcast episode here.
